Three Sisters Arrested In Chesco Burglary
The sisters are awaiting a preliminary hearing on charges of breaking into a home and assaulting a woman in Oxford Borough.

OXFORD, PA —Three sisters who reside at Lincoln University were arrested this week on charges of breaking into an Eighth Street residence in Oxford Borough and assaulting a woman with a glass object.
Coressa Townsend, 21, and her sisters, Briana 19, and Alayna, 18, are free on $10,000 bail each after being arraigned before District Judge Scott A. Massey in Oxford.

The victim, who was not identified, told police that the three sisters entered her home on Sunday, April 16, without permission.
The victim said she hid in another sibling's bedroom, but Coressa forced entry into the bedroom and assaulted her with a glass object.

The sisters fled the area before the police arrived.
The following day, April 17, the sisters turned themselves in to the police.
Coressa Townsend was charged with burglary and simple assault, and the sisters were charged with conspiring to commit burglary and simple assault.
