Truck Stolen In Parkesburg Found Damaged, Police Asking For Info

A pickup truck was taken from a Parkesburg property and found abandon in a different place, as police look for who stole it.

PARKESBURG, PA — Parkesburg Police reported a pickup truck was stolen after midnight on Monday and it turned up later, damaged.

Police said a resident on W. 7th Ave. left the 2015 GMC truck parked with keys in the vehicle and unlocked.

Authorities later discovered the vehicle damaged, abandoned, and off the roadway in a wooded area of Highland Township, a short distance from the victim's residence, police reported.
