Unlawful Contact With Minors Is Charge For West Chester Man
A West Chester man is charged after allegedly having unlawful contact with 2 girls, 13 and 14, according to police.
WEST CHESTER, PA — A West Chester man is charged after two young teens reported he touched them inappropriately more than once in a Borough residence, according to a police report.
Feliciano Jimenez-Segura, 23, has been charged with two counts each of unlawful contact with a child, corruption of minors, and indecent assault, according to police.
Police said two girls, 13 and 14, reported that an adult who was known to them, Feliciano Jimenez-Segura, inappropriately touched them on more than one occasion at their home in West Chester.

Bail for Jiminez-Segura was set at $250,000, court records show. A formal arraignment is scheduled in Chester County District Court on Nov. 10.
