Violent Crime Spree In Chesco Gets Man Up To 50 Years In Prison
A United Blood Nation gang affiliate was sentenced to 25-50 years for 2017-18 robbery, assault, and shooting crimes in Chester County.

WEST CHESTER, PA — A string of violent crimes brought a harsh sentence down on a man whom the Chester County District Attorney said is affiliated with a gang.
Michael 'Dot' Limoges,27, was sentenced to 25-50 yrs for attempted murder, a home invasion robbery, possession of illegal firearms, intimidating a witness, and related offenses for a crime spree that resulted four separate cases, according to the Chester County District Attorney's Office.
On Dec. 17, 2017, Limoges shot a victim in the leg and the head in the process of committing a robbery, and then fled, according to the criminal report.

Months later, on April 7, 2018, Limoges and a co-conspirator broke into a Honey Brook home in the Indian Run Village Mobile Home Park. While committing that offense, Limoges assaulted the occupant, and stole several items, police said.
While investigating, police discovered that Limoges had ties to a violent street gang, United Blood Nation.

"The residents of Chester County are safer now that Michael Limoges is behind bars for a very long time," said Chester County District Attorney Deb Ryan today.
While awaiting his preliminary hearing, Limoges wrote letters to the victim, telling him not to cooperate with police. He also had his girlfriend, Felicity Nelson, approach the victim with the same message, Ryan's office said.
The intimidation almost worked: When the victim didn't appear at the hearing, the charges were dropped. But, police later found the letters the defendant wrote to the victim and refiled the charges, adding the charge of Witness Intimidation.
Nelson has been charged with witness intimidation, as well, the district attorney said.
On Dec. 19, 2018, West Brandywine police stopped a speeding car in West Brandywine Township, and discovered Limoges was in the back seat of the vehicle. Smelling marijuana, police searched the car and found a loaded handgun inside a baby's car seat, police said.
Police linked the gun to the defendant through pictures, videos, and DNA. Police later discovered more images and videos of the defendant holding a handgun that had been reported stolen, but found in Limoges' possession, according to the district attorney's office.
The D.A. said Limoges is not legally permitted to possess firearms because of a prior criminal conviction.
Pennsylvania State Troopers John Pisker and Aaron Botts, and West Brandywine Police were instrumental in the investigation, Ryan said. Chester County Asst. District Attorney John McCaul handled the prosecution.
"Thank you to everyone who worked so hard to put this dangerous felon in prison," Ryan said.
