WEST CHESTER, PA —Police arrested these suspects on charges of drunken driving, retail theft and leaving the scene of an accident:

• Rasheed Walker, 28, of Philadelphia was arrested on charges of receiving stolen property on Sept. 15 in the 50 block of University Avenue. West Chester police said Walker was stopped driving with a stolen license plate.
• Lori An Webb, 58, of West Chester, is free on nominal bail on a charge of drunken driving after being involved in an accident in the 600 block of Market Street on Sept. 23.
• Megan Stanton, 23, of Maple Shade, N.J., is free on nominal bail on a charge of drunken driving and related traffic violations,. Police said Stanton was in an accident involving a parked car in the 200 block of East Nields Street at 11:38 p.m. on Sept. 20.
• Joshua P. Farrer, 31, of West Chester, was arrested at 9 p.m. on Sept. 5 on charges of retail theft. Police said he stole items at the Giant Food Stores, at 698 Downingtown Pike.
• Holly Campadonico, 66, of Exton, was arrested on Sept. 23 on a charge of leaving the scene of an accident involving property damage on East Lincoln Drive in West Whiteland Township.
