West Chester Man Charged With Indecent Exposure, Open Lewdness
A 56-year-old man has been charged after a woman reported to police the man had exposed himself to her in West Chester Borough on Tuesday.
WEST CHESTER, PA — A West Chester man has been charged with indecent exposure and other crimes after police said he exposed himself to a woman on Tuesday night.
At 7:45 p.m., West Chester police officers went to the 300 block of West Washington Street to investigate a report that a man had exposed himself there. Police said a woman identified a 56-year-old West Chester man as the person who had exposed himself to her.
James Fedrick is charged with indecent exposure, open lewdness and harassment, according to police reports.

Bail was set at $20,000, court records show.
A preliminary hearing is scheduled for Oct. 1 in Chester County District Court 15-1-01.
