West Chester Man Dies at 28

Services planned for Wednesday for fraternity chapter founder, volunteer.

 

Services are planned for Wednesday morning for Joesph Novielli III of West Chester. According to an obituary on Legacy.com he died Thursday at Chester County Hospital at age 28.

According to the obituary: "Joey graduated from Bishop Shanahan High School and Randolph-Macon College where he was a founding father of the Sigma Phi Epsilon fraternity. An avid runner, he enjoyed playing equestrian polo and was involved in Young Friends of ACHIEVEability.

In addition to his parents he is survived by his siblings, Mario Novielli, Monica Novielli and Pfc. Vincent Novielli, U.S. Army."
