West Chester Nutrition Business Hits the Airwaves
Tune in to learn how to shed pounds.

A local business with strong West Chester ties will be taking to the airwaves next week to discuss healthy living strategies.
On Monday at 12:30 p.m., West Chester resident and CarbLightLiving.com co-founder Joann Mercer will be interviewed on-air by Libby Mills, a nationally recognized registered dietitian, on Libby’s Luncheonette. The show broadcasts on WCHE 1520 AM.
Joining Mercer on the show will be two Carb Light Living representatives who also hail from the borough; Emsley Willingham, a current nutrition student at West Chester University, and Christine Cummins, a recent graduate of the nutrition program at WCU.

"The second segment [of the show] will feature Carb Light Living and our program for living a sustainable, low-carb lifestyle," Mercer said in an email. "Find out how you can lose those pesky pounds for the summer while enjoying food you have always loved such as sandwiches, French toast and muffins!"
Mercer adds that those who can't access WCHE 1520 from their car radio or computer, can listen live by downloading the free TuneIn application.
