West Chester: Open-Air Market On Gay Street Is Back

WEST CHESTER — Open-Air Market on Gay Street began Friday and in continuing until Monday morning.

The Open-Air Market is an outdoor walking mall spanning four blocks on Gay Street between Matlack and New streets.

Restaurants and retail alike will line the street, so residents and visitors have more space to shop, eat, and explore the town.

Borough Council obtained the approval from PennDOT and the Federal Highway Administration to close Gay street to motorists.
