West Chester Police Arrest 11 on Public Drunk Charges
29 people were arrested on quality-of-life crimes.

The following information is provided by the West Chester Police Department:
11 area residents were arrested on public drunkenness charges between Nov 11 and 17, according to a release from the West Chester Police Department.
The arrests, which are part of the department's "Operation Vigilance," which cracks down on quality-of-life crimes committed by residents under the age of 25, were part of 29 arrests under the operation that week.

Police also arrested seven people for open container violations and five others for disorderly conduct.
