WEST CHESTER, PA — Police arrested these suspects from June 7 to 10:

• Evan Stein, 46, of Philadelphia is free on $10,000 bail awaiting arraignment on charges of attempting to pass a bad check on June 10 at MidPenn Bank, 237 E. Gay St.
• Lilya Tyler, 26, of West Chester, is free after being charged with drunken driving on June 8 following a two-vehicle crash at the intersection of South High and Minor streets. She had a blood-alcohol content of 0.165. The legal limit in Pennsylvania in 0.08%.
• Dylan Strunk, 20, of Plymouth Meeting, is free on $275,000 bail after being arrested June 7 on charges of rape, involuntary deviate sexual intercourse and related charges. Police said Strunk sexually assaulted a victim on two instances in February. The victim and the suspect are West Chester University students, police said.
