West Chester police arrested suspects for drunken driving, assault, and auto theft from July 13-20.

WEST CHESTER, PA —Police reported these arrests from July 13-20:
- Michael Tolkacz, 24, of Trenton, N.J., is in Chester County Prison in lieu of $20,000 bail after being arrested July 20 on charges of receiving stolen property and a fugitive running from justice. Police said Tolkacz was stopped on the first block of West Union Street driving a stolen vehicle. Police said they later discovered he was wanted for several crimes in New Jersey.
- Spencer Zink, 31, West Chester, is free awaiting a preliminary hearing on a charge of drunken driving. Police said Zink was driving under the influence of alcohol when he was in an accident at 5:15 a.m. at the intersection of South New Street and Rosedale Avenue. Zink had a blood-alcohol content of 0.16 Under Pennsylvania law, 0.08 alcohol is considered impaired.
- William Allen, 29, West Chester, is free on $10,000 bail awaiting a preliminary hearing on a charge of simple assault. Police said he assaulted an unidentified victim on July 16 in a residence in the first block of South High Street.
