WEST CHESTER, PA — A 20-year-old Delaware County man was arrested on charges of raping a woman in September in a residence in the 500 block of Walnut Street, West Chester police report.

Patrick Dreyer of Glen Mills is free on $75,000 bail after being arraigned on Friday before District Judge Marian Vito in West Chester on charges of rape, involuntary deviate sexual intercourse and related offenses.

Police said they began the investigation into the report of a sexual assault in September.

Arrests:

• Lamar G. Forman, 41, of West Chester is free on nominal bail awaiting a preliminary hearing on a charge of drunken driving. Police said Forman was driving impaired at 3:53 a.m. Monday, Feb 13.
• Gerardo Guzman, 31, no address available, is in Chester County Prison in lieu of $5,000 bail awaiting a preliminary hearing after being arrested on Wednesday, Feb. 8 on charges of defiant trespassing and theft in the first block of West Market Street.
• Edward Henderson, 60, of West Chester is free on $5,000 bail awaiting a preliminary hearing on charges of possessing cocaine. Police said they confiscated cocaine on Feb. 3 during a vehicle stop in the first block of North Bolmar Street.
• Robert Valencia, 32, of Downey, Calif., is free on $5,000 bail awaiting a preliminary hearing on charges of possessing fentanyl, marijuana, and drug paraphernalia during a traffic stop on Feb. 5 in the 100 block of West Rosedale Avenue.
