WEST CHESTER, PA — A steakhouse dinner is quite the nice treat. A good cut of meat cooked to your liking with a cocktail and some sides makes for a filling, nostalgic experiences for many hungry diners.
And luckily, one of the region's best steakhouses is right here in West Chester.

"There’s still something admirable about a great steakhouse, something comforting in its white-tablecloth predictability, luxe appointments, and dedication to a single style," they wrote. "There is something reassuring about a menu that you can read with your eyes closed. And let’s be honest: There are times when you’ve got a hunger that nothing but a thick-cut steak, perfectly cooked, will satisfy."
And the West Chester spot they highlighted was 9 Prime.

Here's what they said about the steakhouse located at 9 N. High St. in West Chester:
This spot is relatively new, but it’s art deco aesthetic feels like a throwback to the golden age of steakhouses. Located inside of a 19th century neoclassical bank, 9 Prime is as much of an architectural splendor as it is a top-notch restaurant. The menu features a variety of cuts with generous portions, but don’t skip the “opulent additions” section. Make your meal even more indulgent with bone marrow, king crab, or an eight-ounce lobster tail.
The trio of food writers listed 9 Prime under "Old-School Steakhouses."
