WEST VINCENT TOWNSHIP, PA — West Vincent Township is serious about making sustainability work in real ways, and the latest action toward that is a new electric hybrid police vehicle in the Township.

"Thanks to the support of the West Vincent Township Sustainability Committee the police department has commissioned the first electric hybrid vehicle in the township and one of the first hybrid police vehicles in Chester County," the West Vincent Township Police Department said in an announcement.

The electric hybrid 2021 Ford Interceptor replaces one of the Department's old police vehicles. The Department called the purchase "a huge step forward in the Township’s Clean Energy transition."
