Police are searching for a man stopped for burned-out tail lights who was driving a stolen cargo van on Wilmington Pike in southern Chesco.

WEST CHESTER, PA — Westtown East Goshen Regional Police are searching for a man they say was driving stolen vehicles on two recent occasions.
