What's Closed on Columbus Day in West Chester

Monday is Columbus Day and because it's a federal holiday, you might expect things to be closed down. We did a little looking around, and that really isn't the case this year.

Yes, the West Chester Public Library is closed for the day, so you'll have to get its services somewhere else. Much of the borough and its areas are still in service.

Schools in the West Chester Area School District will have class as scheduled. West Chester University will have classes as well, as it is moving the day off into its winter brake schedule. Borough offices will be open.
