What's Open on Columbus Day?

While Columbus Day is a federal holiday, and has been since 1937, very few things in the West Chester Area will be closed.

The West Chester Borough building will be open and the zoning board is scheduled to meet Monday night.

Grocery stores will be open, both Acme and Giant as well as drugs stores like Rite Aid and CVS.

Several banks will be open including Wells Fargo.
