Where To See Santa In The West Chester Area This Christmas Season

Santa Claus is on his way to West Chester to visit children. Photo opportunities will be available.

WEST CHESTER, PA —Santa Claus is expected to make an early appearance on Friday, Dec. 1 at the borough's annual Christmas Parade, beginning at 7 p.m. in downtown West Chester.

Santa will tour the borough on Saturdays at 3 p.m. on Saturdays Nov. 25, Dec. 2, and 16. He stop a 2 p.m. outside M&T Bank. 10 N. High St.

Santa will also be stopping at Exton Square for photos with the children from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. Monday through Thursday, Dec. 8 to 24 and 10 a.m., and from noon to 6 p.m. Sundays. Reservations are available here.

Here are some other stops Santa plans to visit before Christmas:

  • King of Prussia Plaza: visit with Santa outside Nordstrom 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. beginning Friday, Nov. 24 through Friday, Dec. 24.
  • King of Prussia Court: visits from Nov. 24 to Dec. 24. Santa will be at the court to take photos with pets and kids. For children with special needs, reservations for Dec. 3 are available here.
  • Wayne Business Association: annual tree lighting ceremony at 5:30 p.m. Friday, Dec. 1, in downtown Wayne. The festivities include carriage rides, crafts, and carolers, topped off with the arrival of Santa.
  • West Chester Christmas Parade: 6:30 to 8:30 p.m. Friday, Dec. 1. Market Street to Gay Streett.
  • Dickens Village at Macy’s Center City Store: a.m. to 7 p.m. Nov. 24 to Dec. 24. Reservations are available here.
