Woman Killed And Teen Injured In Lancaster County Crash: State Police
A two-vehicle crash occurred 7 a.m. Tuesday along Route 41, west of Parkesburg, Chester County, according to state police.

SADSBURY PA —A 36-year-old woman was fatally injured in a 7 a.m. crash Tuesday at the intersection of Pine Creek Drive and Route 41, Sadsbury Township, Lancaster County.
Arlene Pacheco Figueroa, address unavailable, was pronounced deceased on scene by first responders, troopers said.

A tractor-trailer driven by David Anthony, 53, was traveling south on Route 41 approaching the intersection of Pine Creek Drive.
Due to the sun's glare, Anthony did not see a red light and proceeded through the intersection, colliding with the Nissan Pathfinder driven by Figueroa.

A 16-year-old passenger was extracted from the vehicle and transported to Lancaster General Hospital, where he is in critical condition.
Anthony was uninjured in the crash, according to state police. The crash is under investigation.
