Young Man At Special Risk Missing In Chester County

State Police and West Whiteland Twp. Police are asking the public to help them find Dominic Moran, 19, who went missing Thursday.

WEST WHITELAND TOWNSHIP, PA — A 19-year-old man who police said may be confused and at special risk is missing in West Whiteland Township and Pennsylvania State Police issued a Missing Endangered Person Advisory on Thursday afternoon.

No police update had been given by Friday afternoon.

The West Whiteland Township Police Department is searching for Dominic Moran, who was last seen in the area of Hartford Square in West Whiteland Township on June 17 at 1 p.m.

Moran is 5 feet, 7 inches tall, weighs 200 pounds, and has brown hair and blue eyes. He was last seen wearing a green T-shirt, black exercise pants with a stripe on the side, and blue sneakers, according to police.

The advisory says police believe this individual may be at special risk of harm or injury and could be confused.
