The proposal for the reestablishment of the Luzerne County Magisterial Districts has been prepared for submission to the Administrative Office of Pennsylvania Courts (AOPC). An electronic copy of the summary worksheets for the Luzerne County Magisterial District Judge, approved by Court of Common Pleas President Judge Michael T. Vough, may be accessed via the Luzerne County website. Comments on the proposal must be submitted no later than February 25, 2022.
