Person Missing After Boat Capsizes In Delaware River
Authorities said two people were retrieved after a marine rescue Saturday morning on the Delaware River in Morrisville.

MORRISVILLE, PA — One person remains missing after a boat capsized in the Delaware River over the weekend, authorities said.
Crews searched the waters in the area of East Philadelphia Avenue during a marine rescue at 10:23 a.m. Saturday
The Morrisville Fire Company, Trenton Fire Department, and Yardley Makefield Fire Company were dispatched to the Delaware River and was able to locate and retrieve one person from a capsized boat.

The person was taken to the Trenton Marina and evaluated by EMS before crews returned to the river to search for additional victims, authorities said.
The Morrisville Fire Company said that another person was able to get to the Pennsylvania shoreline.

Authorities said that one person who was on the boat is unaccounted for.
Mutual aid support was provided by the Levittown Fire Company #1, Tullytown Fire Company, and Falls Township Fire Company #1.
Additional support was provided by the Morrisville Police Department, Croydon Fire Company, New Jersey State Police, the U.S. Coast Guard, and multiple EMS agencies on both sides of the river.
