28 Bucks Co. Deaths In 2 Days From Coronavirus
Nine of the victims were in their 90s, 10 in their 80s, five were in their 70s, three in their 60s and one was 57, health officials said.
BUCKS CO, PA — The new coronavirus has continued to take a deadly toll in Bucks County, with 28 deaths over the past two days.
Ten of those deaths were reported on Sunday and another 18 on Monday, according to Bucks County health officials. Most of the deaths were among residents of long-term care facilities who had underlying health conditions.

Nine of the victims were in their 90s, 10 in their 80s, five were in their 70s, three in their 60s and one was 57, according to the Bucks County Health Department.
More than two-thirds of Bucks County's coronavirus cases have been among residents of nursing homes or other personal care facilities. The average age of death has been 84, officials said.

Among the hardest-hit facilities has been county-owned Neshaminy Manor Nursing Home, in Warrington. There, 15 residents have died with the coronavirus and another eight residents and 41 staff members have tested positive for the virus.
Four residents and 19 employees have recovered so far, county officials said.
"There is honestly nothing I can say to those families that will take away the pain that you must feel, other than my thoughts are with you, my thoughts and prayers, as are the rest of the staff’s," said Neshaminy Manor Administrator Marjorie Ziegler. "We loved (them) very dearly, and our prayers are with you."
In Bucks, 136 new positive cases of the virus have been reported over the past two days, pushing the county's total to 2,675.
While there have been cases all over the county, the majority have been concentrated in Lower Bucks County. According to a county map, there have been more than 200 cases in Bensalem, Bristol, Hulmeville, Penndel and Middletown. (See the map below.)
On Monday, Bucks County President Judge Wallace H. Bateman, Jr. signed an order extending the county’s period of judicial emergency through May 31. All civil and criminal jury trials, as well as arbitrations, will be rescheduled. No jury trials will be held until at least Aug. 3.
A total of 210 Bucks County coronavirus patients were hospitalized on Monday, 25 of them in critical condition and on ventilators. Six hundred forty-one patients have been confirmed to have recovered, and have been released from isolation.
