FRAUD — 500 block of Long Acre Lane, reported at 2:51 p.m. The complainant reported subcontracting a business for their company. When it came time to settle the balance from the subcontracted company, the credit card declined.
CRIMINAL MISCHIEF — Unit block of Delaware Rim Drive, reported at 8:07 p.m. The complainant reported that small trees and landscaping were run over by a vehicle and tire tracks were left on their front lawn.

June 24
SOLICITORS:
- 1300 block of Fountain Road, reported at 9:29 a.m. The complainant reported solicitors for siding and solar panels soliciting without permits.
- 1300 block of North Bradford Road, reported at 6:47 p.m. The complainant reported a solicitor for siding and solar panels soliciting without a permit. The man was located and advised to cease soliciting until a permit was obtained.
June 21
WANTED PERSON — Unit block of Oxford Valley Road, reported at 10:07 a.m. Police observed a suspicious vehicle. A records check revealed the 66-year-old male driver from Levittown was wanted out of Delaware County for a probation violation.
RECEIVING STOLEN PROPERTY ARREST — Route 1 and Oxford Valley Road, reported at 2:51 p.m. Police received information about a stolen vehicle in the area. Police responded to the area and were able to locate the vehicle at the intersection. Further investigation led to the 28-year-old male driver from Philadelphia for Theft, Receiving Stolen Property, and related charges. He was taken into police custody. He was arraigned and released on $25,000 unsecured bail.
DUI ARREST — Big Oak Road and Oxford Valley Road, reported at 7:32 p.m. Further investigation led to the arrest of the 74-year-old male from Temple Terrace, FL., for Driving Under the Influence. He was taken into police custody.
June 20
RECEIVING STOLEN PROPERTY ARREST — Oxford Valley Road and Big Oak Road, reported at 10:38 a.m. Police on patrol received information about a stolen vehicle in the area. Police responded to the area and were able to locate the vehicle at the intersection. Further investigation led to the arrest of the 52-year-old Bensalem woman for Theft, Receiving Stolen Property, and related offenses. She was arraigned and released on $5,000 unsecured bail with 10 percent.
THEFT — 800 block of South Crescent Boulevard, reported at 4:11 p.m. The complainant reported being the victim of a cybercrime and having lost $10,000 from their bank account over the past 18 months.
RETAIL THEFT — 1600 block of Big Oak Road at Kohl’s, reported at 4:20 p.m. Police observed a suspicious vehicle while doing a patrol check of the parking lot. Police made phone contact with the General Manager and were advised they located bags of unpaid merchandise hidden around the store. While on the phone with police, the fire alarm sounded, and the manager observed an unknown woman flee the store with a bag of stolen merchandise worth $566.69. Police were provided with her description and direction of travel. Police located the woman in the parking lot and immediately took her into custody. The 29-year-old Trenton, N.J., woman was taken into police custody for Retail Theft. She was arraigned by District Justice Galloway and released on her own recognizance.
CRIMINAL TRESPASS — 200 block Greenview Road, reported at 7:39 p.m. The complainant
reported an unknown man entered the home disguised as an electric worker and removed
a safe, $800 in cash, a PNC lock box key, and a diamond ring.
June 19
MOTOR VEHICLE THEFT — 1200 block Silver Stream Drive, reported at 6:55 a.m. The complainant reported that sometime overnight, an unknown person(s) stole their 2022 Jeep Wrangler from their driveway.
ACCIDENT & DUI ARREST — 800 block of River Road, reported at 9:50 p.m. Police responded to the report of a two-vehicle accident with entrapment at the location. A Yardley Borough officer advised LMT officers that the male driver fled on foot. A witness spotted the male suspect at River Rd. & Letchworth Ave. Police took the 47-year-old Trenton, N.J., man into custody. He was charged with DUI, Leaving the Scene of an Accident Involving Serious Bodily Injury and related charges. He was arraigned by District Justice Gaier and sent to BCCF in lieu of $200,000/10% bail.
June 15
THEFT — 1600 block of Powderhorn Drive, reported at 12:09 p.m. The complainant reported
medication missing from the residence. Further investigation led to the admission of theft by the babysitter. A criminal complaint was filed for the 37-year-old woman from Langhorne for theft and receiving stolen property.
