LOWER MAKEFIELD, PA - Authorities are currently investigating a knifepoint robbery that took place at a Bucks County CVS Pharmacy last week.

At around 1:49 p.m. on Wednesday at a CVS Pharmacy on the 500 block of W. Trenton Avenue, a manager reported that a male and female had taken items from the store and attempted to leave, Lower Makefield Township police said.

When confronted, the man left the items and ran. The woman pulled a knife on the confronting employee and loaded the stolen items into a vehicle, police said.

The vehicle the duo left in was also stolen, police added.

The investigation is ongoing.
