- PUBLIC DRUNKENNESS – 1500 block of Big Oak Road.at Carlucci’s Express. Reported at 6:21 p.m. Complainant reported unknown male sleeping on a bench at the location. Further investigation led to the 39-year-old male from Morrisville being cited for public drunkenness.
- IDENTITY THEFT – 1700 block of Dyers Lane. Reported at 8:50 p.m. Complainant reported unknown person(s) used their information to obtain an auto loan.

- IDENTITY THEFT – 300 block of Flint Court. Reported at 12:09 p.m. Complainant reported unknown person(s) attempted to open a PayPal account in their name and fraudulent charges on a credit card.

- WANTED PERSON – Rt. 332 and I-295. Reported at 9:27 a.m. Police on patrol stopped a vehicle for violations. Further investigation led to the discovery of a warrant out of Chester County for failure to appear for a DUI. The 29-year-old male from Morrisville was taken into police custody. He was turned over to Chester County Sheriff’s. He will be cited for driving while suspended (DUI).
- DRUG ARREST – W. Trenton Road and Plaza Boulevard. Reported at 11:21 a.m. Police on patrol stopped a vehicle for violations. Further investigation led to the arrest of the 23-year-old passenger from Fairless Hills for possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia.
Jan. 19
- DUI ARREST – 100 block of Polo Run Drive. Reported at 2:48 a.m. Police responded to the report of a male passed out behind the wheel of a vehicle parked on the grass at the location. Further investigation led to the 52-year-old male from Fairless Hills driving under the influence.
- TRAFFIC OFFENSE ARREST – Oxford Valley Road and Big Oak Road. Reported at 10:08 a.m. Police on patrol stopped a vehicle for violations. Further investigation led to discovery of counterfeit registration. The 25-year-old female vehicle owner from Philadelphia is to be summonsed for possessing and displaying fraudulent documents including registration.
- CREDIT CARD FRAUD – 1800 block of Makefield Road. Reported at 2:49 p.m. Complainant reported unauthorized use of a credit card in the amount of $1,900.
Jan. 18
- DUI ARREST – 700 block of Sandy Run Road. Reported at 12:18 a.m. Police responded to the report of a suspicious vehicle parked in someone’s driveway who got out of the vehicle, stumbled and then took off when confronted. Police located the male at Sandy Run Road and Edgewood Road urinating next to his vehicle. The 30-year-old male driver from Jamesburg, N.J. was taken into police custody for driving under the influence.
- TRAFFIC OFFENSE ARREST – Oxford Valley Road and Big Oak Road. Reported at 3:46 p.m. Police on patrol stopped a vehicle for violations. Further investigation led to the 31-year-old male driver from Warminster for possessing and displaying fraudulent documents including registration.
- HIT AND RUN ARREST – Ferry Road and Big Oak Road. Reported at 12:16 p.m. Police responded to the report of a hit and run accident at the location. Involved driver and witnesses were able to provide police with a license plate number. Further investigation led to the arrest of the 29-year-old male driver from Lower Makefield. He will be summonsed for failure to stop and provide required information and rendering aid, careless driving and driving at unsafe speeds.
Jan. 17
- THEFTS: 500 block of Washington Crossing Road at Grace Point Church. Reported at 2:21 p.m. Complainant reported theft of catalytic converter from a van on Jan. 12.
- 100 block of Taylorsville Road. Reported at 3:18 p.m. Complainant reported making an agreement to sell sneakers for $310. The buyer paid with three counterfeit $100 bills and one $10 bill. Investigation ongoing.
