  • CREDIT CARD FRAUD – 1000 block of Stony Hill Road. Reported at 12:47 p.m. Complainant reported unauthorized use of a credit card in the amount of $581.84.
  • FRAUD – 1000 block of Kathy Drive. Reported at 1:30 p.m. Complainant reported a fraudulent check written on their account in the amount of $2,595.69.

Dec. 9

  • THEFT ARREST – 600 block of Heacock Road at McCaffrey’s Market reported at 11:00 a.m. Complainant reported while checking out, they placed their wallet on the checkout counter and engaged a manager in conversation. The victim then left the store without the wallet. The victim later received a phone from Morrisville Post Office stating their wallet had been put into a mailbox. There was $280 in cash missing. McCaffrey’s and police reviewed surveillance footage where a female is seen taking the wallet off the checkout counter and putting it in her purse, walking past the victim and several store employees to exit the store, making no attempt to return the wallet to its rightful owner. McCaffrey’s was able to track down the name of the suspect, who used her store card while checking out. Police were able to run her name and found a license matching the person depicted in the surveillance footage. Police then contacted the suspect where she admitted to finding the wallet but stated she found it in the parking lot and she did not take any cash. When asked why she stated she found it in the parking lot when she is seen on surveillance taking it off the counter, she stated she was scared. The 60-year-old female from Southampton to be summonsed for theft.
  • THEFT FROM VEHICLE – Unit block of Sunset Road. Reported at 4:07 p.m. Complainant reported some time overnight, unknown person(s) entered the unlocked vehicle and removed $30.

  • THEFT FROM VEHICLE – 2100 block of N. Crescent Blvd. Reported at 11:21 a.m. Complainant reported some time overnight, unknown person(s) entered the unlocked vehicles and removed loose change.
  • DUI ARREST – 500 block of Heritage Oak Drive. Reported at 11:54 p.m. Police responded to the report of a vehicle stopped at the stop sign for 10 minutes. Police arrived on scene to find a male asleep behind the wheel. Further investigation led to the 26-year-old male driver from LMT for driving under the influence.

  • CREDIT CARD FRAUD – 1000 block of Harvard Drive. Reported at 9:11 a.m. Complainant reported unauthorized use of a credit card in the amount of $1,041.22.

Dec. 6

  • CREDIT CARD FRAUD – 300 block of Cinnabar Lane. Reported at 9:54 a.m. Complainant reported unauthorized use of a credit card in the amount of $753.62.
  • THEFT – 200 block of Arborlea Avenue. Reported at 12:01 p.m. Complainant reported theft of lug nuts from the vehicle.
  • DISORDERLY CONDUCT – 900 block of Stony Hill Road at Shady Brook Farm reported at 10:39 p.m. Police responded to the report of a disturbance at the location. A 47-year-old male from Levittown was cited for disorderly conduct and public drunkenness.
