NJ Man Charged In Lower Makefield Kohl’s Theft
The man was taken into police custody after a "brief struggle," authorities said.

LOWER MAKEFIELD, PA - A New Jersey man was charged by Lower Makefield police after reportedly shoplifting from an area Kohl’s store on Wednesday evening, authorities said.
A 46-year-old man from Audubon, New Jersey - whose name was not immediately made public - was approached by police after he allegedly took $264.98 worth of merchandise without paying at the Big Oak Road Kohl’s location, police said.
“Police confronted the suspect in the parking lot when he refused to comply with police orders and attempted to flee,” Lower Makefield police said.

After a “brief struggle,” the man - who was also found to be in possession of drug paraphernalia and was wanted out of Falls Township - was taken into police custody.
