Yardley Farmers Market Still On, Moving Outside
In a nod to coronavirus concerns, vendor tents will be at least six feet apart, organizers said.
YARDLEY, PA — The Yardley Farmers Market scheduled for Saturday will go ahead despite ongoing shutdowns aimed at curbing the spread of the new coronavirus.
The farmers market, set for 9 a.m.-noon on Saturday at 65 North Main St., has been moved outside, organizers said. Vendors' tents outside the building will be spaced at least six feet apart, they said.
"We are encouraging the public to practice social distancing while shopping and pre-order if possible so you can just pick up," organizers said in a post on Facebook.
