Yardley Officer Saves Woman From Overdose
The 25-year-old woman was found unresponsive Friday night.

YARDLEY, PA — A police officer in Yardley saved a woman over the weekend after she apparently suffered an overdose.
At 8:47 p.m. Friday, a Yardley Borough officer was called to a home where a house guest was believed to have suffered an overdose. The officer arrived to find the 25-year-old woman unresponsive and administered two doses of Naloxone, an anti-overdose drug.
The woman was resuscitated and taken by the Yardley-Makefield Emergency Unit to a local hospital. There were no opiates found at the home and no charges were filed, police said.
