Warwick Law Eluder Located: Cops

The Warwick man was located by the Warwick police, according to the Rhode Island State Police.

WARWICK, RI — A Warwick man eluded the law but was later located and arrested, police said.

Richard Forcier, 52, was arrested about 8:15 p.m. Tuesday and charged with reckless driving and eluding law enforcement, reckless driving, obstructing an officer in the execution of duty,driving with a suspended license and weapons other than firearms prohibited, the Rhode Island State Police said in a media release

"This arrest was the result of a Barracks investigation and the Warwick Police Department subsequently locating Forcier," the release said.

"Forcier was processed at the Lincoln Woods Barracks and held overnight pending morning arraignment/presentment as a probation violator at Sixth Division District Court," the release said.
