Two deeds were filed in the Barrington Town Hall last week, Sept. 8-14.
Two deeds were recorded in the Barrington Town Hall last week, Sept. 8-14, for homes that changed hands, including a Mathewson Road home that sold for $1.177 million.
The homes are located in the Rumstick and middle school neighborhoods. They ranged in price from a low of $299,000 to the million-plus price tag for the Mathewson Road property.
