$1.525 Million Home Among 4 That Change Hands

Four warranty deeds for homes that changed owners were recorded in the Barrington Town Hall last week, Sept. 15-21.

Four warranty deeds were recorded in the Barrington Town Hall last week, Sept. 15-21, for homes that changed hands, including a Bourne Lane home that sold for $1.525 million.

The homes are located in the Rumstick, Hampden Meadows, Bay Spring, and north Barrington neighborhoods. They ranged in price from the high of $1.5 million home to a low of $185,000.

  • 50 Bourne Lane for $1,525,000 from Dennis Hardiman and Lisa Hardiman to John E. Shekarchi and Julie L. Shekarchi.
  • 20 Sylvester St. for $282,500 from Christine Isles, Patricia Parisi, Paul Andrews and Nancy Larson to Kenneth Vaillancourt and Donna Pillsbury.
  • 25 Allen Ave. for $185,000 from HS Management Group LLC to Jeffrey W. Wilde
