8 Homes Change Hands Last Week in Barrington

Eight warranty deeds were recorded in the Barrington Town Hall last week, July 21-27, for homes that changed hands.

The homes are located in the Nayatt, Rumstick, Hampden Meadows, and Washington Road neighborhoods. They ranged in price from a low of $319,000 to a high of $579,000.

• 2 Briarfield Road, $579,000, sold by Kimberly C. Chapin to  Reza Azarchi and Karla Kaun.
• 305 Maple Ave., $400,000, sold by Ruth Dziuba to Anoka Real Estate.
• 4 Copper Kettle Lane, $565,000, sold by David J. Urbahns and Lorell E. Urbahns to Nicholas S. Angert and Melissa J. Angert.
• 134 Ferry Lane, $515,000, sold by Dawn M. Proc and Leonard E. Proc to Chad M. Brewer.
• 1 Bittersweet Court, $459,000, sold by Frank D. Camera to Paul G. Stocker and Laura Ricci.
