Baker's Dozen of Homes Sold Last Week in Barrington

Thirteen warranty deeds were recorded in the Barrington Town Hall last week, July 28-Aug. 3, for homes that changed hands.

The homes are located in the Nayatt, Rumstick, Hampden Meadows, and Washington Road neighborhoods. They ranged in price from a low of $175,000 for to a high of $1.295 million.
