Connie Conti, 97, Lifelong Barrington Resident

Connie Conti, of Brow Street, Barrington, died peacefully on Monday November 18, 2013. She was 97.

She was the beloved wife of the late Guerino P. “Gary” Conti. A lifelong resident of Barrington, she was a daughter of the late Domenic and Maria (Andreozzi) Valenti. 

Conti was a housekeeper at Bradley Hospital, Riverside, for 10 years before retiring in 1978. She was a communicant of Holy Angels Church, where she was a member of the budget counters and the St. Anthony Society.

She also was a member of the Barrington Senior Center, where she loved to listen to music and dance. 

She is survived by two sons; Kenneth A. Conti and his wife Judy of Hampstead, NH and Gary J. Conti and his wife Cheryl of Campbell, CA, a daughter; Ann S. “Chicky” Borges and her husband Joseph of Riverside, seven grandchildren; Karen, Michael, Christine, Tom, Dorian, Jennifer and Stephen and seven great- grandchildren. 

Her funeral will be held on Friday November 22, 2013 from the W. Raymond Watson Funeral Home, 350 Willett Avenue, Riverside at 8:30 am with a Mass of Christian Burial celebrated by Auxiliary Bishop Robert C. Evans in Holy Angels Church, Maple Avenue, Barrington at 10 am.

Burial will follow in Santa Maria del Campo Cemetery.
