Houses SOLD: Stone Tower for $1.1M
Five warranty deeds were recorded in the Barrington Town Hall last week, including the sale of 6 Stone Tower Lane.
Five warranty deeds for properties that changed hands -- including one showing a million-dollar sale -- were recorded in the Barrington Town Hall last week, Sept. 30-Oct. 6.
The million-dollar sale was the well-known stone house on the curve at 6 Stone Tower Lane.
The other warranty deeds ranged from $230,000 to $312,000 for homes near the country club on Middle Highway, near Haines Memorial State Park, in the middle school plat area and on New Meadow Road.
