Here are some things to know about today, Nov. 15, in and around Barrington:

  • Partly cloudy and then cloudy skies with a high temperature of around 55 degrees.
  • The Barrington Presbyterian Church, 400 County Road, holds an Autumn Auction starting at 6:30 pm; come and bid on a large selection of items including jewelry, art, services, gift cards/baskets and more. Light refreshments will be served and live music will entertain you as you bid.
  • The Barrington High School football team continues its quest for an undefeated season against Portmouth High on the road at 7 pm.
  • The Roger Williams University theater department presents “Jane Eyre” at 7:30 pm in the performing arts center off of Metacom Avenue in Bristol; it’s adapted for the stage Polly Teale and directed by RWU Professor Peter Wright.
  • Coffee Depot, 501 Main St., Warren, hosts an Open Mic every Friday from 7 to 10 pm for you to show off your talent.
