Robert E. Acciardo, 82, Former Resident

Robert E. Acciardo, of Punta Gorda, Fla., formerly of Barrington, died Oct. 5, 2013 at home. He was 82.

He is survived by his wife, Margery, of 59 years, his son William and wife Lori, his daughter Cynthia Acciardo Martin, grandson Michael Acciardo and great grandson Michael Acciardo, Jr. He was the brother of Dorothea Sagan, Eleanor Gagnon and Alfred Acciardo and his wife Linda. He was predeceased by sons Robert, Jr. and Christopher; a grandson William Acciardo, Jr., his brother Pat and sisters Evelyn Giarusso and Ann Verrier.

A Memorial service will be Saturday Oct. 12, at 11 am at St. John's Episcopal Church, 191 County Road, Barrington.
