- The East Bay Chamber of Commerce, 16 Cutler St., hosts aΒ Holiday Shopping and Professional Services FairΒ starting at 4 pm. Local vendors will offer tables filled with products and services to give you a head start on holiday shopping. Or just come to mingle.
- Join the Monster Gang at 1 pm and see how the friendship between Mike and Sulley began during their days at Monsters University. "Monsters University" unlocks the door to how Mike and Sulley overcame their differences and became the best of friends. The film isΒ Rrated G for General Audiences.
- The Barrington library airs the classic American-novel movie, βThe Grapes of Wrath,β at 7 pm in the theater-like auditorium. Directed by John Ford, it stars Henry Fonda. Admission is free.
- Jazz legend Freddy Cole and his quartet perform a free concert at Roger Williams University in Global Heritage Hall at 7:30 pm. Cole is the recipient of the 2005 Grammy Living Legend Award. His band includes saxophonist Harry Allen, a virtuoso jazz musician in his own right who grew up in Burrillville.
