SOLD: 2 More Barrington Homes Change Hands
Two warranty deeds were recorded in the Barrington Town Hall last week for properties changing hands.
Two more warranty deeds were recorded in the Barrington Town Hall last week, Jan. 19-25, for homes that changed hands.
The homes are located in the Hampden Meadows and Bay Spring neighborhoods. The homes sold for $560,000 and $225,000.
