Three warranty deeds for homes that changed hands were recorded in Barrington Town Hall during Presidents Day week, Feb. 17-23.
The deeds show sale prices that range from a low of $226,000 to a home in the St. Luke's Church neighborhood to a high of $450,000 next to Barrington High School. One home in the Alfred Drown neighborhood in West Barrington listed the sale price as $0.
