SOLD: 4 Homes Change Hands in Barrington

Four warranty deeds were recorded in the Barrington Town Hall last week, Nov. 17-23, for homes that changed hands.

The homes are located in the Hampden Meadows and Primrose Hill and neighborhoods. They ranged in price from a high of $752, 500 to a low of $325,000.

• 16 Puritan Ave. from Thomas E. Fitzpatrick and Jennifer L. Fitzpatrick to Thomas F. Mistretta for $340,000 
• 361 New Meadow Road from Ann J. Palmiter and Diane Fenton to Thomas E. Fitzpatrick and Jennifer L. Fitzpatrick for $325,000 
• 8 Elton Road from Frances E. Taft to Curtis Mann and Brooke C. Berger for $430,000
