Seven warranty deeds were recorded in the Barrington Town Hall last week, Dec. 15-21, for homes that changed hands.

The homes are located in the Rumstick, Hampden Meadows, middle school and West Barrington neighborhoods. They ranged in price from a high of $575,000 to a low of $78,500.
