Bristol Women, One Driving With Kids, and Warren Man Face DUI Charges

Bristol police take three alleged drunk drivers off the streets over the past few days.

Two Bristol women, one driving with children in her car, and a Warren man were charged with drunk driving in Bristol over the past few days.

Bristol police charged Jessica L. Harris, 30, of 18 Mason Ave., Bristol, Julie Ann Castigliego, 46, of 643 Wood St., Bristol, and Joseph G. San Martin, 19, of 6 Oak St., Warren, with DUIs.

Harris was allegedly driving drunk with children under the age of 13 in her vehicle. She was stopped on Metacom Avenue on Wednesday, Nov. 6, at about 11:13 pm. Police also charged her with refusing to submit to a chemical test.
 
Castigliego was stopped early Thursday morning, Nov. 7, according to the Bristol police arrest report. She was pulled over near the Mt. Hope Bridge. She, too, refused to submit to a chemical test to determine her blood-alcohol level.

San Martin was pulled over by a Bristol patrol officer on Metacom Avenue on Sunday morning, Nov. 10, about 3 am. He also was charged with refusing to take a chemical test.

All were given dates to appear in District Court to face the charges after being held at the Bristol police station overnight.
