Daylight Saving Time Ends Sunday Morning

Your timepieces need to 'fall back' one hour to Eastern Standard Time.

Daylight Saving Time for this year ends on Sunday, Nov. 3, at 2 am.

If your timepieces don’t reset to Eastern Standard Time automatically, you need to set your clocks back one hour as in “spring forward, fall back.”

The “extra” hour will give back to you overnight the extra hour of sleep you lost last March when you moved your clocks forward and Daylight Saving Time started.
