Do Some Recycling in Bristol
The first Bristol Recycles Day will be held on the Town Common on Saturday, Nov. 2, from noon to 4 pm.

The first Bristol Recycles Day runs from noon to 4 pm on the Town Common. It is being hosted by Bristol's new recycling committee. Rain date is Sunday.
Bring along your old computer and get the hard drive cleared of information and crushed right in front of you by representatives from Computer Recycling USA.A Rhode Island Resource and Recovery Corporation representative will teach you about recycling and show you from a bag of trash what can be recycled.
Donate used clothing to help others.
Learn to compost for a healthier yard and buy a compost station for $40.
A water-tasting station will allow you to compare tap and bottled water for taste.
Learn to pack a zero-waste lunch.
Learn more about local environmental groups and what they are doing to help Bristol.
