Domestic Assault, Robbery, Drug Possession

The following information was provided by the Warren Police Department. Where an arrest is noted, it does not indicate a conviction.

The Warren Police Department reported the following recent arrests and incidents:

Arrested:

  • Jesse W. Lewis, 33, of 175 Water St., Warren, on charges of simple assault and disorderly conduct following a domestic incident at his residence. on June 3 at 9:42 a.m. He was arraigned in district court later that day.
  • Derick M. Case, 32, of 120 Wilmath Ave., East Providence, on a warrant affidavit and a charge of violating a restraining order on June 3 at 12:47 p.m. He was arraigned in district court later that day.
  • A Warren youth was arrested on June 3 at 3:10 p.m. following reports to police that a juvenile was causing a problem behind the school on Asylum Road.
  • Edmund C. Larue, 58, of 53 Seymour St., Warren, on a charge of domestic assault - third offense, and violation of a no contact order. Warren Police arrested Larue at his residence on Seymour St. on the warrant. He was transported to the Adult Correctional Institution in Cranston.
  • David A. Girard, 31, of 76 Arlington Ave. Apt. 3, Warren, on a charge on misdemeanor larceny following an incident on Friday, June 7 at 11:25 a.m.
  • Kerry A. Bergeron, 25, of 20 Union St. Apt. 2, Warren, on an arrest warrant out of Bristol. Police arrested Bergeron on Child St. on Saturday, June 8 at 5:21 p.m. and transported her to Bristol Police headquarters.
  • A 16-year-old Warren boy was arrested on a charge of domestic assault following an incident on Davis Street on Saturday, June 8 at 7:32 p.m.
  • Trevor Krous Gaskell, 33, of 15 Touisset Road, Warren, on a charge of second-degree robbery on Sunday, June 9 at 11:20 a.m. Police processed Gaskell and he was later transported to the ACI in Cranston.
  • Christopher P. Fralic, 25, of 33 Basswood Drive, Bristol, on a charge of possession of marijuana, first offense, and driving in possession of a controlled substance on Sunday, June 9 at 8:16 p.m. Police found drugs on Fralic following a traffic stop at the intersection of Long Lane and Barton Avenue.

  • Ashley E. Kelley, 25, of 28 Third St., Warren, on a charge of driving with a suspended license, following a traffic stop at the intersection of Main and Campbell streets on Wednesday, June 5 at 9:04 p.m. She was issued a summons to appear in district court.

Other Incidents:

  • An Arlington Avenue resident reported that a dog was chained to a pole with a short leash on June 3 at 9:41 a.m. on Thursday, June 6. The responding officer noted that dog was moved to a shaded area and given water. A notice for a barking complaint was left at the dog-owner's home.
  • A resident of Baggy Wrinkle Cove reported that her home was broken into on Friday, June 7 at 5:41 a.m.
  • A Warren resident reported on Friday, June 7 at 6:35 a.m. that his vehicle was broken into while parked on Water Street. The thief stole his wallet.
