Pawtucket Fugitive Nabbed: Cops
The Pawtucket man was wanted in Massachusetts, police said.
PAWTUCKET, RI — A Pawtucket fugitive was apprehended Wednesday, police said.
David Aybar, 39, was arrested by the Rhode Island State Police Adult Correctional Institutions Investigations Unit, the state police said in a media release.
Aybar was wanted as a fugitive of justice from the state of Massachusetts, according to the release.

"Mr. Aybar was arraigned in Third Division District Court, where he was remanded to the custody of the Sheriffs Department pending his return to Massachusetts," the release said.
